Subject: Notification of the Initial Operation Date of Nam Ngum 2 Hydroelectric Power Plant Project
Attention: The President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
As Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Public Company Limited ("the Company") has notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand ("the SET") regarding the progress of Nam Ngum 2 Hydroelectric Power Plant Project, the Company would like to inform the SET that the Project started the Initial Operation on 26th March 2011 which is in accordance with the long term power purchase agreement with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand.
Located in Lao People's Democratic Republic, Nam Ngum 2 Hydroelectric Power Plant Project has installed generating capacity of 615 megawatts accounting for 153.75 megawatts of the Company generating capacity according to its investment proportion.
